Fix Errors in Catch Up or My Family

What to do if you're seeing errors in Catch Up, My Family, or unexpected issues

Here's what to do.

If you see an error:

  1. Close and reopen the app.

  2. Check your internet connection.

  3. If the error persists for more than a few hours, please report it via Settings > Support & Help — include your app version number (visible in Settings).
