If Peggy isn't picking up emails from your school, there are a few common reasons.
Step 1 — Check your email rules
Go to Settings > Approaved Email Sender.
Confirm your school's email address or domain is listed.
If it's not there, tap Add Sender and enter the school's email address (e.g.,
[email protected]or the domain@myschool.edu).
Step 2 — Check which Gmail account is connected
Go to your profile in my family and look for your connected Google account.
Make sure it's the email address where you actually receive school emails. If your school emails go to a different address, you'll need to connect that account instead.
Step 3 — Be patient after initial setup
Peggy processes emails as they arrive going forward. If you just signed up and your school hasn't sent any emails recently, there may simply be nothing to show yet. When new emails arrive, item cards will appear in your Catch Up feed.
