Can't see the task assigned to me

This can happen from time to time, and it's usually a quick fix! Your "For You" screen will only show tasks that have been assigned specifically to your name in the Peggy app.

If a parent mentions a task that isn't appearing on your list, it's likely that it's either unassigned or was accidentally assigned to someone else.

Here’s what to do:

You can help the parent resolve this by politely asking them to check the assignment in their app. You can say something like:

"I'm not seeing that task on my list yet. Could you please double-check in the Peggy app that it has been assigned to my name?"

Once they open the item and select your name under the "Assign to" field, the task will appear on your "For You" screen instantly.
