Adding a partner, co-parent, or caregiver helps you delegate tasks and share schedules.
Note: Only the Primary Owner (the person who created the account) can invite new adults.
Switch to My Family menu.
Tap "Add to Family"
Select the Adults tab at the top of the screen.
Fill in their name and contact information.
Crucially, select their Role from the dropdown menu. This determines what they can see and do in the app:
Mother/ Father: For a co-parent who will have full access to see and manage information.
Caregiver: For a nanny, sitter, or grandparent who needs a simplified view focused on schedules and their assigned tasks.
Tap Invite Adult to send them an invitation link.
