Check Your Rules: Go to Settings > Email - Privacy Rules. Make sure you have correctly entered the domains (e.g., yourschool.org) or email addresses for your school and activities. A small typo can stop the process.
Confirm Your Email Account: In Settings, ensure the email account connected to Peggy is the one that actually receives school communications.
Wait for a Sync: Peggy syncs periodically. If you just added a rule, please allow some time for new items to appear.
