Welcome to Peggy!
Peggy is designed for teamwork, with clear roles to keep things simple, secure, and organized.

When a family account is created, the first user becomes the Primary Owner. From there, they can invite others as either:

  • πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§ Parents (Co-parents or partners)

  • πŸ§‘β€πŸΌ Caregivers (like nannies, babysitters, or grandparents)

πŸ”‘ What each role can see and do?

  • βœ… View shared calendar & tasks

  • βœ… Process Catch Up items

  • βœ… Set up & manage email rules

  • βœ… Add & edit children

  • βœ… Invite other adults

  • βœ… Delete the family account

Co-Parent (Member)

  • βœ… Process Catch Up items

  • βœ… Set up & manage email rules

  • βœ… Add & edit children

  • ❌ Can’t invite other adults

Caregiver (Nanny, Sitter, Grandparent)

Caregivers are helpers who see only what the family chooses to share with them - nothing more. Their experience is focused, private, and task-specific.

Caregivers can be set up with two levels of access:

πŸ”“ Full Access

  • βœ… View Catch Up, For You, and full item cards

  • βœ… Access limited settings: personal info, reminders, support, and calendar preferences

  • βœ… View (but not edit) family members

πŸ”’ Only Items Assigned

  • βœ… β€œFor You” shows only tasks assigned to them

  • βœ… Notifications and Today screen limited to their tasks and reminders

  • ❌ No access to Catch Up

  • ❌ Search limited to assigned items only
